WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
  • Drive Growth & Business Performance
    • Own and execute the membership sales strategy to drive consistent revenue growth.
    • Analyze key business metrics (conversion rates, retention, revenue per member) to optimize performance.
    • Develop and oversee local marketing & community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new members.
    • Build strategic partnerships with schools, parents' groups, and local businesses to drive leads.
  • Lead & Develop a Rockstar Team
    • Recruit, train, and coach a high-energy team of coaches and front desk staff.
    • Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
    • Foster a culture of service, excellence, and enthusiasm—everyone on the team should love what they do.
    • Ensure every coach delivers engaging, high-energy classes that keep kids and parents coming back.
  • Deliver an Unmatched Customer Experience
    • Be the face of KidStrong—build strong relationships with parents and kids.
    • Ensure every class is a WOW experience with energy, engagement, and coaching excellence.
    • Address parent concerns, manage feedback, and continuously improve the customer journey.
    • Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operating at the highest standard.
  • Operational Excellence & Execution
    • Own and optimize the day-to-day operations of the center.
    • Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory to maximize efficiency.
    • Implement and refine SOPs to drive consistency in execution.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards.
  • MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
    • Kids Development – You must have a passion for working with children and coaching them to be outstanding human beings.
    • Leadership & Team Development – You don't just manage—you coach, train, and bring the best out of your team.
    • Sales & Business Acumen – You know how to sell, engage with parents, customers, and drive revenue.
    • Customer-Obsessed Mindset – You believe in creating raving fans and delivering an exceptional experience.
    • Strong Execution & Problem-Solving Skills – You don't just point out problems—you fix them.
    • High-Energy, Hands-On Approach – You thrive in fast-paced environments and love being in the action.
    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
    • 3+ years of experience in a fitness, kids' programs, or service-based business.
    • Proven track record of hands-on leadership—showing up, making things happen, and driving results.
    • Experience coaching or working with children is a plus.
