  • Lead and manage the sales, engineering, and operations teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to increase sales and improve infrastructure.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of all departments, including sales, engineering, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role, with a focus on sales and infrastructure management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Commercial sales experience is highly preferred.
