Roles & Responsibilities:
* Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually.
* Coordinating regular meetings with the managers of each department to ensure their profitability and efficiency.
* Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
* Hiring all Management positions, Sales Consultants, and general store support.
* Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.
* Explaining the policies and procedures of the dealership to all employees and holding employees accountable to said policies and procedures.
* Overseeing the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the management/dealership owners.
* Creating a good working relationship with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel and maintaining those relationships.
* Focusing on any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and taking the necessary steps to resolve these complaints.
* Setting a clear vision and goals for the store to achieve targeted performance in all areas of the business
* Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance.
* Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations

What You Offer:
* A college degree in business administration or a related field required.
* 15+years of dealership sales and management.
* Must have strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to understand profit and loss statements and manage a large, diverse staff, along with being able to make difficult decisions
* Experience in other dealership departments is a plus.
* CDK system experience is preferred
* Valid drivers' license required. Must be insurable according to Morrie's liability insurers.
