Compensation Snapshot: Competitive Annual salary range: $140-150k/year DOE (totaling between $160-180k+ with Guaranteed Bonus Plan & Auto/Phone Allowances)

A National leader in the custom home building industry is looking for a General Manager of Operations in Cookeville/Crossville TN area!

This role involves managing all aspects of a new-home builder/GC, including staff management, client/customer development, customer service, community outreach, and marketing. Financial P&L management and price/purchasing decisions are critical to ensure a successful and profitable operation while developing relationships with suppliers to provide the best materials for the custom homes being built.

An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, customer-service determination, and a vast knowledge of residential construction. Familiarity with the Cookeville/Crossville area, including local vendors and subcontractors, is essential for effective integration into the new area's marketing and operations efforts.

GENERAL OPERATIONS MANAGER -

• Production Management for Custom Homes
• Hire Sales & Project Management staff and manage their performance.
• Consult with potential Homeowner-Clients to determine their Dream & Budget.
• Establish professional relationships in the area for subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Be active in community networking & associations to broaden the company's visibility.
