Position Summary: The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee our Tribal operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for the oversight and direction of all Tribal programs. This will include advancing strategic initiatives, overseeing departmental operations, and collaborating with Tribal Council to enhance services for our community.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in community services, government, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tribal governance and community needs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Public Administration, or Management.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Executive or Business Management / Public Administration field.
• Must be intuitive, conceptual, and have good reasoning skills.
• Ability to maintain trust; protect and preserve confidential information.
• Excellent time management, strong initiative, and exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
