Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of all dealership staff.
