Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of all dealership staff.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure that all departments meet or exceed their targets.

Qualifications:
