ABOUT THE JOB

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.In addition, your responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance & punctuality, managing transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and contributing to marketing and profitability.
