General Manager responsibilities:
Managing costs, building sales, increasing customer base and store profitabilityLeading Team Members in operational excellence and promotion of brand standardsRecruitment, new Team Member training and schedulingProviding continuous training and development of Team Members and Management teamsUpholding brand standards and company policiesServing as operations expert on Domino's operating standards to maximize productivityEnsuring consistently high quality product and service to customersEnsuring health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheldFostering productive and professional relationships and engaging Team MembersBuilding relationships with customers and communityCash handling, reconciliation and reportingInventory control and managementAssisting General Manager in marketing effortsPerks of the job:
