General Office Clerk I (Fertilizer Plant) - Foster Farms : Job Details

Job Description Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

• Weigh incoming/outgoing trucks using online truck log
• Receive ingredients of raw materials, verify ingredient storage location and direct drivers to the location
• Process paperwork to ship raw and finished products
• Reconcile raw materials and finished product by lot numbers, and report variances
• Generate MRO's purchase requisitions for supplies, parts, and repairs when assigned
• Receive and ship lab samples to external laboratories in compliance with company and government requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of clerical experience
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Type 40 wpm and 10-key by touch
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written form
• Good interpersonal and mathematical skills
• SAP & Weighmaster experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
