General Operator - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client?a global leader in agriculture, is seeking a General Operator to join their team. As a General Operator, you will be part of the Production Department, supporting the Seed Packaging and Harvesting Team. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, teamwork skills, and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

Whats the Job?

• Operate and monitor production equipment during seed packaging and harvesting.
• Perform physical tasks such as sorting, labeling, bagging, and palletizing seeds.
• Assist in seed inventory management and maintenance during busy seasons.
• Work with a team to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Adapt to varying duties based on seasonal needs (e.g., inspecting seed crops, packaging, shipping).

Whats Needed?

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds.
• Steel-toe boots required.
• Must be able to work long hours and rotational shifts (including overtime if necessary).
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
