General Production Worker - Triumph Foods : Job Details

Job Details Triumph Foods, LLC (Triumph) is a leader in the Pork Industry, and is recognized as a top exporter of premium pork products worldwide. Triumph's state-of-the-art facility processes in excess of 6 million hogs each year, and features the latest food quality, safety innovations, and humane handling practices in the industry. DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled labor, while conforming to company standards for safety, attendance, and personal conduct. This position is full of repetitive motions for up to 10 hours a day for 6 days a week. Working conditions can range from the cold side at 28 degrees and damp to the kill side at 100 degrees and humid. These jobs require the use of a knife or other hand tool. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Applicants will be considered for any general laborer role such as Kill Floor or Cut/Conversion. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience in the previous year. Work history must represent gainful employment, and must be verifiable. • Regularly exposed to cold/hot and/or humid conditions, climate extremes are found in all areas of the plant
