Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging pipe at the end of the production line and ensuring productivity and reliability in your tasks.

Responsibilities

• Package pipe at the end of the production line

• Operate machines and ensure proper functioning

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

We offer a performance-based raise system, allowing you to earn more based on your achievements rather than tenure. Employees receive a $2 per hour pay bump, increasing the hourly rate from $18 to $20. Additionally, there is a $1 shift differential for those working the second shift, bringing the hourly rate to $19.

Work Environment

This position is based in a typical manufacturing environment that can get a little dirty and is not climate controlled. However, it is manageable and offers a dynamic and hands-on work experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
