General Sales Manager Overview: We are looking for a relational leader who will bring daily energy to our sales team and love interacting with guests. This position will lead by example and take TO's, coach, desk deals, appraise vehicles and lead meetings. A vision for growth is foundational to this role as we set big goals and achieve them. We are using Sellchology as a partner to train our sales team which goes hand in hand with our growth mentality.
