Generative AI Engineer - Synergy Interactive : Job Details

Looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Python programming and expertise in Langchain and Langgraph technologies. You will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing AI models, systems, and applications, ensuring seamless integration of AI components in production environments.

Onsite Role in Chicago

Salary: 150-180K

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize AI models and systems using Python.
• Build and integrate AI pipelines leveraging Langchain and Langgraph for efficient, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to design and deploy AI-driven applications.
• Work with large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and valuable insights.
• Develop innovative solutions to real-world problems by leveraging Langchain's flexibility and Langgraph's graph-based approach.
• Contribute to code quality, review processes, and maintain high standards for AI engineering practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot, test, and debug AI systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role, with expertise in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Langchain, Langgraph, or similar libraries/tools for building and deploying language models and AI systems.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and graph-based technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of AI models.
• Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
