Genesys Engage Routing Engineer

Day 1 Onsite Austin, TX

Long term contract

Hybrid – 3 days onsite / week

Direct client opportunity

We are looking to add a resource for the Genesys Routing team. This person should have had routing experience in the past. Our preference would be to have this resource available in Austin

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the technical lead for the CCTech routing team
• Work with the Apple business teams and routing team to arrive at appropriate designs to meet project objectives
• Work in a very dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to meet project goals

Skills needed:

• Expertise in Genesys ORS application development
• Expertise in Genesys IRD application development
• Expertise in Genesys framework and exposure on Genesys reporting
• Expertise in Cloud CX
• Experience in developing JavaScript code
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Pro-active and able to work on own initiative

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
