• Manage and lead field investigations, engineering analyses, designs, and technical reports.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of project plans, specifications, and deliverables.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while recommending adjustments as needed.
• Solve complex design and construction issues through innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including involvement in business development.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and quality standards on all projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license preffered.
• Strong expertise in geotechnical practices, designs, and project management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
