y Nursing Home is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional looking for a stable and rewarding position.Responsibilities:* Provide comprehensive medical care to residents in collaboration with the supervising physician* Perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, and manage chronic conditions* Order and interpret diagnostic tests* Prescribe medications and formulate treatment plans* Participate in care planning and multidisciplinary team meetingsRequirements:* Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York State* Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the respective field* Experience working in a nursing home or long-term care setting is preferred but not required* Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills* Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSchedule:* Monday to Friday; no nights or weekendsCompensation and Benefits:* Competitive pay rate of $70.00 per hour* $25,000 Flex Spending Account (FSA)* Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)* Retirement savings plan* Professional development opportunities
