Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum of two years of experience required in floating to Med/Surg, ICU, and ER. License: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required through the RQI system during clinical orientation. Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire. CPI certification within 90 days of hire. Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association and TNCC are recommended within 2 years of hire. Must-Have: - Must be comfortable floating to ICU/ER/MS/MST.- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and enhance teamwork through effective role modeling.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with a Healing Environment, promoting dignity, respect, and well-being.
