The Gift Shop Attendant is responsible for completing sales transactions with customers and maintains stock levels in Gift Shop. Assuring that guests have an enjoyable customer service experience.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
* Responsible for maintaining a friendly, courteous atmosphere in the Gift Shop at all times and assisting all guests whenever necessary.
* Ringing up sales and giving correct change.
* Responsible for keeping the Gift Shop clean and orderly.
* Assisting in month-end inventory.
* Ensure the safety and security of guest and others visiting the gift shop.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Knowledge of good customer service techniques.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Retail customer service training would be a plus. Retail customer service training would be a plus.
* At least One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a high-volume retail store with use of electronic cash register and variety in inventory.
* You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
* Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.
