This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals just starting their careers who are eager to develop skills in GIS, software support, and client service while contributing to impactful projects.What You'll Do

• Support software-related activities, including testing, configuration, quality control, deployment, and data editing.
• Assist with geodatabase editing and analysis using Esri or GeoCurrent tools (training provided).
• Help install and configure Esri, GeoCurrent, and other software applications.
• Provide basic technical support to clients for GeoCurrent and Esri software products.
• Maintain detailed activity records and report progress to your supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and report any concerns to supervisors or Human Resources.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team.

What We're Looking ForEducation and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent experience in software applications, GIS, or customer support.
• Previous experience with Esri ArcGIS or similar tools is a plus but not required-training will be provided.
• Interest in or experience with writing reports or providing technical support.

Skills and Abilities

• Basic understanding of software applications and computer systems.
• Interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys building positive working relationships.
