Glass Estimator - Portland Glass Company : Job Details

As an Estimator on the Portland Glass commercial team, a typical day for you will include:Reviewing and evaluating cost estimates. Performing take-offs in detail for all products. Developing proposal/scope of work to bid. Managing bid pricing from all vendors. Establishing and maintaining working relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Bring your skills and achieve success.(Required qualifications)1-2 years glass estimating experience required/ 5 years preferred. Ability to read, comprehend, interpret and translate blueprints. High computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws. Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
