As a Global Director of Sales & Marketing with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will be responsible for all aspects of sales, design and manufacturing of quality, profitable products for a division of PCB. Ensures compliance with customs regulations and methods of foreign shipment and payment. Exhibits strong leadership skills and is instrumental in the development of distribution channels. Experienced leader with a talent for motivating, leading and inspiring team to achieve high level of success.

Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction among team members.

Additional Duties:

+ Develops, maintains, and is accountable for the global strategic sales and marketing plan and annual budget.

+ Directs sales market and channel leadership, marketing, and customer relations.

+ Develops sales and marketing plans, which include forecasts and provides regular feedback on performance. Distributor management, including performance and contract management.

+ Provides effective management to sales and marketing resources, including performance reviews, salary reviews and support to the daily operations.

+ Motivating, leading, and inspiring Directors and teams to achieve high levels of success

+ Drafts, presents, and tracks budgets and makes sound decisions based on various reports to ensure divisional alignment with the corporate strategic plan and objectives.

+ Travels to customers, trade shows, and representative's locations, in support of sales activities.

+ Supports quality concerns, development projects, product improvements and manufacturing improvements with operations and engineering management on a regular basis.

+ Ensures effective communications within the between Sales and Marketing teams and other Company departments.

+ Adheres to commitments made with key OEM's, contract business.

+ Responsible for ensuring necessary human resources and other capital needs to achieve growth targets.

+ Responsible for policies/procedures to support sales and marketing objectives.

+ Responsible for maintaining safe work conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

+ Four-year technical degree or equivalent training.

Experience:

+ Between five to seven years of experience in a high tech, instrumentation or related industry specific to the group market focus. Must have an established rapport with key customer accounts.

+ Advanced computer skills including manufacturing operations information systems, ability to understand financial reports and statements, strong supervisory and delegation skills.

Travel Requirements:

+ Domestic and International travel as needed, typically 50% - 75% of the year

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

+ MBA of MS degree preferred

Experience:

+ Between seven to ten years of experience in a high tech, instrumentation or related industry specific to the group market focus.

+ Must have an established rapport with key customer accounts.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations

This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et. seq.) and technical data as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
