A company seeks a dynamic Global Head of Secured Financing, Senior Vice President to lead the Secured Financing organization globally. This role involves leading a team of professionals, responsibility for financial budgets, developing strategic plans, and fosteringclient relationships to drive sustained business growth. This individual will report directly to the Head of Financing Solutions, work closely with the senior leadership team and work collaboratively with cross-business and cross-organizational support functions (e.g., Treasury, Risk, Institutional Services, Segments/Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance).

As Head of Secured Financing, Senior Vice President you will develop and drive the execution of the Secured Financing strategy, generating alpha for clients while achieving revenue, expense and return on capital targets:
Be responsible for a material global revenue / NII budgetLeads, mentors, and manages a high calibre growing team across North America, EMEA and APACFosters a performance culture that encourages innovation and collaborationDevelops and implements strategic plans, including identification of new business opportunitiesWorks closely with other senior executives to execute strategy, product and geographic expansion efforts, and scalable technology and operating model solutionsDevelops strategic relationships with key client contacts and ensures State Street is viewed as an integral, long-term partnerDelivers highly valued solutions to clients, ensuring comprehensive and consistent delivery of services as their needs evolveMonitors market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industryDevelops financial budgets and drives global execution against clearly defined revenue, expense and NIBT metrics and milestonesCreates a risk culture that ensures compliance with applicable regulatory provisions, internal and external audit reviews and overall risk controlsProvides regular updates and reports to senior management on the division's performanceRepresents State Street in key industry forums relating to repo, clearing and securities financeWhat the company values
