Strategic Global HR Business Partner

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Hybrid - Elkton, MD

Our leading global manufacturing client is looking to add a high level Strategic Global HRBP to their team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR partner for senior global and regional leaders, offering strategic guidance on people-related initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Align HR practices with business strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance organizational capabilities, structure, and processes.
  • Lead talent management and development efforts, focusing on strengthening leadership capabilities and ensuring a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Identify gaps between current and desired organizational performance and take action to address them, including through organizational redesign, change management, coaching, and training.
  • Use workforce data to forecast resource needs, supporting leaders in workforce planning and succession management.
  • Work with leaders to review business performance metrics and their implications for talent strategy.
  • Align performance and development initiatives with Total Rewards strategies to promote engagement, accountability, and outcomes across teams.
  • Partner with the global HR Team and other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure effective HR service delivery that meets business needs.
  • Exemplify their unique Enterprise culture and leverage it as a competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related field).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years of partnering with senior leaders across diverse organizations.
  • Proven ability to coach and consult with leadership, facilitate complex discussions, resolve conflicts, lead change, and drive organizational development.
  • Strong experience in implementing talent management processes and strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices and people processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience working across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative workforce data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive and credible, capable of navigating ambiguity and organizational transformation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (HR-focused or MBA).
  • Experience supporting cross-functional business teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors and MS Office Suite.
