Job Description:

The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThe person hired for the position of Global Integrated Business Planning Lead will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the IBP process, developing capabilities (People, Process, Data, and Technology), leading change, ensuring effective implementation, and driving process maturity. This IBP Lead will manage the end-to-end IBP process for their respective global business and will require an experienced professional who is able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment, leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This role will be challenged to build and implement a world class IBP process across their aligned global business to drive value realization by improving customer service, profitability, and working capital.

As a(n) Global Integrated Business Planning Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Support the design of the Solventum IBP process by representing the needs of their aligned business
  • Develop an implementation roadmap to educate the organization and implement the end-to-end process with the discipline and change management needed to embed IBP within the business and the areas
  • Establish and measure key performance indicators to ensure effectiveness of the process along with continuous improvement of the business results
  • Develop long-term plans that provide management the ability to strategically direct its business by integrating customer-focused Marketing plans for new and existing products with the management of the Supply Chain
  • Ensure the process is executed with rigor and brings together one financialized, integrated set of plans for their business
  • Facilitate the reconciliation and management business reviews and ensure issues are escalated, assumptions are managed, and scenarios are prepared to resolve gaps

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 10 years of Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Supply Chain experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Supply Chain experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain from an accredited institution
  • Previous experience leading Sales & Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and ERP systems is preferred
  • Experience leading projects to improve business processes and their integration with strategic or operational business planning
  • Ability to influence others and overcome barriers to change (including behavioral/cultural and organizational issues)
  • Self-motivated and an effective communicator at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in data management, modelling, visualization, and analytics
  • Experience utilizing process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or other)

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but requires travel to St. Paul, MN location at least 2 days per week

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
