**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ **Provide Governance to Logistics Variable Cost Productivity (VCP)** : Oversee the calculation and reporting of VCP metrics to enhance cost efficiency across logistics operations.
+ **Freight and Customs & Duties Planning** : Lead the planning and analysis of freight costs and customs duties, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective budget management.
+ **Internal Controls Design & Implementation:** Lead the design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting, including accounting policy implementations, SOX compliance, controllership, and process simplification.
+ **Leadership in International Markets Logistics Finance** : Provide strategic leadership to the International Markets Logistics Finance team and the Center of Excellence (COE), driving best practices and operational efficiency.
+ **Business Partnering:** Act as a key business partner to the Logistics Executive Director and their staff, collaborating closely to align financial strategies with overall logistics goals and objectives.
+ **Project Leadership** : May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Present business solutions to leaders within the functional area, communicate complex messages, and negotiate internally to influence perspectives. Influence peers to take action and negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers as needed.
+ **Creative Problem Solving:** Lead teams in finding innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges. Evaluate the quality of information received, question conflicting data, and utilize multiple internal and external resources to support decision-making.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
+ Experienced leading teams and developing others.
+ 8+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $155,040.00-$232,560.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
