Job Description :
Our Client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Global Marketing Operations for their New York, NY/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
  • Support the Manager to execute the Global Marketing Operations strategy through oversight of asset management, timelines, and distribution of an assigned campaign.
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate all campaign details to global teams as well as third-party licensees, studios, and international broadcasters.
  • Partner with post-production contacts on versioning requirements for international - including managing deadlines, sourcing content, and distribution.
  • Assist with gathering rights information (and additional metadata) for assigned campaigns and ensuring that information is successfully delivered alongside assets, including troubleshooting as required.
  • Keep the internal & external marketing asset management libraries up to date and accurate, to ensure data integrity is at its highest (includes quality control of assets - e.g. video, graphics, artwork, production stills etc.).
  • Communicate deadlines clearly and effectively on a daily basis across departments.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
  • Administrative responsibilities such as scheduling meetings and taking notes, creating, or assisting with decks, and drafting communications for project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of experience managing a high volume of projects and prioritizing complex schedules.
  • Candidates need to have operations experience as well.
  • Someone of more entry level eager to learn and grow, with adaptable background and great work ethic, but primarily interested in and/or understanding of operations workflows and tasks.
  • Understanding of common Television and Digital formats, terminologies and practices.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira), file management software (e.g. Avid, Aspera, Signiant), and storage systems (e.g. Box, GDrive).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • Must have strong administrative, organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Must be effective under aggressive timelines and high-pressure situations.
  • Must be solution-oriented with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude around problems and issues we identify daily.
  • Must possess high integrity, honesty and accountability.
  • Must have a strong work ethic: self-motivated, excellent work quality, commitment and follow-through is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience in the media landscape.
