The Global Mobility Consultant manages the lifecycle administration of Danaher's US Domestic and Global Mobility programs, acting as the primary point of contact for transferring associates and global stakeholders, including HR, tax, finance, legal, and third-party vendors. In collaboration with the Mobility Director, the Consultant supports global projects aimed at enhancing program development, while staying informed on immigration, tax, and market changes through benchmarking and industry analysis.

This position is part of the Corporate Total Rewards Team and is preferred to be located onsite in our Washington, DC office, though a remote work arrangement may be considered.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Consult, educate and provide advice to internal partners (e.g., leaders, HRBPs, host HR/leadership, recruiters, finance, payroll, legal, compensation, etc.) on the core aspects of talent mobility – both for US and global locations. Establish and maintain strong relationships and provide information to assist those individuals in the interpretation and understanding of program policies and guidelines. Review and prepare relocation cost estimates/projections and assignment compensation files.
• Act as the primary, single point of contact and advocate for transferring associates and their families through their relocation/global assignment, in accordance with the company's guidelines and policies.
• Manage all aspects of the relocation/global assignment, including coordinating services to be delivered by our third-party supplier partners and other requirements through the lifecycle of the relocation/global assignment. Fully own the relocation/global assignment process and accountability for the success of the move and other associated needs.
• Manage costs and expenses connected to the relocation and ensure appropriate service support and delivery.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize processes and ensure effective program execution.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree, experience in corporate mobility administration (3+ years) with expertise in global transfer/assignment lifecycle and US relocation administration.
• Competency and proven direct experience in supporting all relocation services- US domestic (BVO, GBO, etc.) and global assignment management support- cost estimates, equity reporting, assignment taxation, balance sheet/allowances, immigration processing and payroll reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and customer service.
• Experienced consultant and problem solver, ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience supporting global teams and clients.

• Ability to travel – 10% travel overnight domestic or international per business needs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Previous Big 4 mobility tax and/or administration or similar experience across global landscapes.
• CRP and/or GMS.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
