Global Process Lead - HD Tech Recruitment : Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Kinaxis Implementation & Optimization: Lead the global deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain scalable, robust supply chain planning processes within Kinaxis.
• Process Leadership: Define and standardize end-to-end planning processes, including demand, supply, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities, drive process improvements, and implement best practices.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
• Provide training and support to global users, fostering a culture of collaboration/innovation.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all processes adhere to regulatory and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 3 years in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation or process leadership.
• Ability to author worksheets and workbooks.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including S&OP, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integration with Kinaxis.
• Experience driving user adoption.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
• Kinaxis certification is a plus.
