Location: San Francisco or Mountain View, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site)

We are seeking a seasoned Global Program Director tomanage a major account in the technology sector, partnering with LinkedIn to ensure top-tiersecurity across multiple sites.

Position Overview: As Global Program Director, you will serve as the primary liaison for our globalaccount with LinkedIn. This role is pivotal in maintaining client relationships, strategic initiatives,and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of security services. You'll be responsible forleading cross-functional teams, implementing security protocols, and driving operationalexcellence to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Influence without direct authority, aligning internal teams to drive sharedobjectives.
  • Client Management: Foster relationships with key LinkedIn stakeholders, from C-suiteexecutives to entry-level operational staff.
  • Communication: Provide clear, effective communication, manage presentations, reports,and in-person or virtual meetings.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage security operations at a 24-hour facility, oversee HRfunctions, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute security initiatives that support LinkedIn's goalswhile adapting to evolving external conditions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams, promoting a positive, performance-drivenenvironment through coaching and training.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of management experience in physical security, contract security,or account management. Experience with data centers is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong customer service focus, multitasking ability in fast-paced environments, anddemonstrated leadership skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $185K to $200K, commensurate with experience.
