A leading global freight forwarding and logistics provider is seeking a Global Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing services. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in international logistics and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market presence.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in supply chain, procurement, and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored freight solutions that meet customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing services.
• Strong ability to develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
