Position Overview
The Global Sales Education Director is responsible and accountable for the development and execution of Chantecaille's global comprehensive sales training programs. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Global Sales Education Director will be responsible for establishing and executing the sales and education vision, strategy, and plan to deliver high growth in sales while ensuring a globally consistent experience aligned to the brand's luxury standard.
This leader is responsible for the full training budget, with an emphasis on organizational optimization, building partnerships, and driving a high-performing team. Overseeing a global team, this role will require great leadership skills, balancing how to mentor, motivate, and continue building the teams to achieve goals. The ideal candidate is an energetic catalyst for change, equally talented at working with numbers and people, who has demonstrated they can develop strong partnerships externally and internally and nurturing teams in transformational times.
