We are excited by potentially welcoming you as part of our team as we continue to grow on a worldwide scale.About the Role The Global Strategic Account Director will manage close working relationships with key stakeholders and accounts by fostering long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth by maximizing the value of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for global accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- With a customer first mindset and approach enhancing relationships by researching, understanding, and evaluating consumer requirements and identifying how our product portfolio addresses existing and potential customers' needs as well as optimizing future opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets, leveraging end-to-end knowledge of data center solutions, flooring and ceiling systems and work closely with Design, Engineering and R&D teams to steer the growth of the business.
- Develop and execute a global business development strategy aligned with Tate's overall objectives and deliver revenues in line with Company objectives.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end process for all data center solutions, floor to ceiling systems, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation.
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams (e.g. Design, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding Tate's presence within existing global accounts and by ensuring that the required structures are in place for Tate to deliver a quality and profitable service to its customers.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence to guide strategic decision-making.
- Lead contract negotiations with global clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Tate that are in line with the commercial goals of the organization.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams across all key accounts to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of global accounts and business development efforts.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on account performance and strategic initiatives.

- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Although not essential, an MBA or other postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience of 7 years in a global account management or director role within the data center or construction industry.
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of data center solutions, flooring systems, and related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel globally as required.
