NASC 2025 Associate Development program

Do you want to work for the #1 Global Supply Chain? Colgate-Palmolive/ Hill's Pet Nutrition/ Tom's of Maine is welcoming applications for our 2025 Global Supply Chain Associate Development Program. Candidates selected for this exciting opportunity will get maximum exposure to the business, Supply Chain and leadership through assignments in different areas of Supply Chain (Category Supply Chain: Engineering/Manufacturing/Network Operations, Procurement and Customer Service & Logistics). The length of the program is approximately 24 months before final placement into a full time position within the Global Supply Chain. Associates will have the opportunity to network and gain exposure and experiences that are unique to each assignment. By participating in this comprehensive program, you will learn:

* Fundamentals of driving customer service

* Expectations of our customers

* Basics of order fulfillment

* Basic understanding of CP planning functions

* Plant Key Performance Indicators and what impacts them

* How material quality and service impact plant operations

* How to apply analytics and systems to the real-world environment of Supply Chain

Rotations will occur at our North America Supply Chain Global (NJ). Financial relocation assistance is provided to candidates.

Required Qualifications:

* Students currently in or entering their senior year of college with a graduation date of 2025

* Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline

* Previous internship experience in Supply Chain

* Minimum GPA of 3.0

* Strong project management and interpersonal skills

* Analytical skills and SQL coding

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $66,000 - $90,500 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
