Manages the club, the employees and all duties and procedures related to the successful operation organizationally and financially. Directly supervises the employees of all programs and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hire recommendations, and employee training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and recommending discipline; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and recommending termination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDUTIES
Recruits, interviews, hires and supervises staff for assigned departments and programsSets revenue and performance goals for staff and assists them in achieving their goalsTrains and educates Personal Trainers and Managers on all aspects of the various programs which are sold at HENRY'SPromotes and generates sales and new clients in each of the programs areasPromotes and sells facility membership, ancillary services as well as membership to all Group Training Programs and Personal TrainingAudits and reviews all employees performanceInforms all staff of monthly promotions and pricing rulesAssures that all monthly promotional material is displayed promptlyAdministers the new member orientation program in accordance with company policies and proceduresCalls and schedules appointments with all new members for Fit3D scan and Personal TrainingEnsures all department budgets and revenue goals are met monthly, yearlyTrains all new front desk, sales and personal training staffReports and reviews daily statistics with facility owner and assures the numbers are correctMeets with facility owner to review plan for the day, week and monthServes as information resource for members and staffAttends all meetings and training as directedConducts audits of all company systems to ensure compliance daily, monthlyConducts hourly facility tours, to ensure cleanliness and organizationParticipates in the sale of memberships, personal training, retail items, and any and all then current profit systemsCompletes end of day reports on sales and revenue performance and submits to ownerEnsures all strength and cardiovascular equipment is in good, sound working orderEnsures all necessary prospecting is completed daily, weekly, monthly to ensure sufficient traffic to meet assigned revenue goalsEnsures member satisfaction with facility and its programsAssists with member questions, concerns regarding facility or membership itemsSubmits all new hire paperwork timely and complete upon a new hireSubmits any and all payroll related items when dueEnsures all staff are in required uniform, working their required shift and adhering to all company policiesResponsibilities
Always work the last three days of the month for close outPersonally adheres to all company policies and proceduresWorks a required shift of 10am-7pm Mon-Fri, as well as Sat-Sun, weekends if necessary (break from 2-3pm)Assures that all monthly promotional material is displayed promptly and properlyImplements club and company policiesEnsures sound and ethical monetary and business practicesMeets and exceeds all revenue and department related goals, monthly, yearlyMust sell no less than $5000 in personal training sales each calendar monthMust individually sell no less than 10 Group Training memberships each calendar monthMust sell no less than 60-70 individual membership units each calendar month individuallyMust have no less than 5 appointments each day workedEnsures all payroll is 100% completed accurately and timely for all employees before submitting to managementGenerates new corporate accounts, and fosters all existing corporate account programsQUALIFICATIONS
