Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to drive adoption of ad products that integrate into TikTok's native experience and consumer shopping journey.
  • Define the Go-to-Market and sales enablement strategy, manage your product's lifecycle end-to-end, and work with cross-functional partners for successful training, marketing, operational processes, and demand-generation efforts.
  • Analyze and diagnose business problems, identify client pain points and priorities, lead short and long-term business strategy and implementation plans for TikTok Shop ad solutions.
  • Bring together key stakeholders involved in TikTok Shops and TikTok Shop Ads for collaboration and execution of Go-to-Market priorities.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders ranging from global product teams, TikTok Shops teams, vertical activation teams, centers of excellence, business marketing, learning & development teams, and more.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Several years of direct experience in product marketing, strategy and operations, or related, with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) go-to-market strategy through the development lifecycle, from early stage testing to general availability launch to ongoing teaching of performance measurement and optimization tactics for improved adoption and revenue attainment.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance advertising.
  • Experience influencing product management teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment or experience working for a startup.
  • Ability to speak to technical/business stakeholders and users and interact at all levels of the organization.

  • Distinctive problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions.
  • Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role.
