You will be responsible for (but not limited to) supporting the day-to-day activities and functions of the club, assisting members with booking tee times, processing member check-ins and transactions, inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness of the club, restocking snacks and supplies, and helping members take advantage of golf programs and services.He or she is encouraged to learn to work in multiple departments/areas of the facility such as outdoor services, cart attendant, ranger, starter, and driving range duties. Evening, weekday, and weekend availability is required. Previous job experience performing transactions using a POS system and/or in a customer service capacity and familiarity with the golf industry and terminology is preferred.Requirements Include:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to provide an average of 18 hours of weekly working availability during the working season (March 1-December 1)
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to utilize telephones, computers, Microsoft Windows and Office products, email, and the internet
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer systems
  • Ability to effectively handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
