Governance Analyst - AMSYS Innovative Solutions, LLC : Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• KPI Tracking and Reporting:
• Track and report on KPIs, including user story completeness, defect rates, and velocity.
• Prepare and distribute monthly governance reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend process optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement governance best practices.
• Data Analysis and Insights:
• Analyze governance data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with established governance frameworks and maintain detailed documentation of governance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in governance, data analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working in the Pharma industry is required. Experience in the MarTech area of Pharma is preferred.
• Proficiency with governance and project management tools such as Jira, ADO (Azure DevOps), and Confluence.
