JOB OVERVIEW:
Serve casual food poolside to members and guests, in a fast-paced environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The Boar's Head Sports Club Cafe, Kitchen.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Take guest orders using Micros system and guest name.Manage pick-up process at the pick-up window.Complete basic surface level cleaning as well as other deep cleaning projects within the Kitchen, dining area and storage areas.Occasionally put together orders at the request of the Sports Club Cafe and Birdwood Grill Manager (ie. beer, snacks, etc.)Complete opening/closing procedures such as picking up/dropping off money from the Front Desk at the Inn, counting drawer, opening Micros and wiping down tables, countertops, etc.Keep dining area stocked with condiments and snacks.Remove trash on a daily basis.Vacuum/mop within the service area/kitchen.Change soda syrups when needed.Maintain and complete an inventory stock list at all times.Handle money properly at both The Sports Club Cafe and Front Desk.Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
Ability to multi-task.Quick learner.Ability to work well with others.Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.At least 18 years old.Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.Polite, friendly demeanor.Neat, clean appearance.Willing to follow rules for sanitary food service.Ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide prompt, effective service.Desirable:
