Successful candidates should display great integrity andhave a demonstrated commitment to our mission and values of learning and leadership.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:•Must be accepted into a graduate school program at Cumberland University•Previous college cheerleading/dance experience preferred•Knowledge of elite level cheer/dance skills•Must have the ability to work with Microsoft Office/Google Drive programs•Excellent teamwork and team building skills.•Excellent time management and organizational skills•Strong work ethicEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:•Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher educationCOMPENSATION:•Full tuition waiver, on-campus housing, meal plan, and valuable experience within the cheerleading industry(NO STIPEND OR BOOKS INCLUDED)HOURS:•Required 20 hours a week minimum for term of graduate program•Must have flexible working hours to accommodate athletic schedules
