The Four Time ANCC Magnet designatedUPMC St. Margaret is currently hiring aFull-time Professional Staff Nurse to support variousAcuteCare units as part of a specialRotational Program at our Aspinwall, PA location. 

The Graduate Nurse Rotational Program is arebrandedinitiative specific to St. Margaret and will begin in February and July 2025. Selected participants will rotate through six various units (progressive care, rehab, ortho, neuro/oncology, renal/resp., and surgicalfloor )for six months.

Each new graduate will havean experienced registered nurseasamentor, andhavepreceptors for each“rotation”.This isa fantastic opportunity to learn from many talented nurses and receive a broad education on all foundational nursing skills. At the end of the“rotations”,you will be matched through a mutual matching process with a participatingunitor you may remain in the resource pool.
