Job Description Grain Operations Manager We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee production and distribution operations in a fast-paced agricultural environment. This role ensures efficient use of materials, machinery, and staff while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production, distribution, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop plans for efficient facility operations.
• Oversee budgeting, accounting records, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Maintain customer and industry relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in agribusiness, operations, or a related field.
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and accounting software.
• Ability to interpret regulations, technical data, and reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet commercial insurability requirements.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, machinery, and warehouse settings.
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work extended seasonal hours.
