The Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York (LASNNY), a nonprofit civil legal services program, is seeking a Grants Manager. Legal Aid's mission is to fight for fairness, dignity, and justice for those living in poverty and for a society that is inclusive and equitable for all. We transform lives, build communities, and empower people by using the law to address individual and systemic wrongs and inequities. Our service area spans sixteen counties in upstate New York, encompassing six regional offices. This position is based out of our Albany Office. About the Role:
The Grants Manager will lead and support our grant-related initiatives. They will collaborate with stakeholders and gather data from various sources to ensure the successful submission of grant applications and the timely completion of reports for LASNNY's diverse funding portfolio. Additionally, the Grants Manager will serve as one of our administrators for LegalServer, our case management system, driving improvements in its use to better support our mission and operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, experience with case management or database reporting, exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

This position operates in a professional law office environment and occasionally may require the carrying of regular office supplies. This role requires the use of standard office equipment and software and remote videoconferencing platforms.
