Graphic Design Intern

Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for graphic design and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative team? As a Graphic Design Intern at OPTYO, you'll gain hands-on experience developing impactful visuals for multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will challenge and inspire you as you collaborate with a talented team to create designs that resonate with our audience and reflect the OPTYO brand.

We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with the technical skills to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality design assets for digital campaigns.
• Work on layouts, designs, and production for marketing materials, adhering to brand standards and guidelines.
• Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, display advertising, etc.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for multiple platforms (e.g., desktop, mobile, and print).
• Use tools like Photoshop, Canva, and Marpipe to execute creative projects effectively.
• Maintain and catalog design files for easy access and future reference.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative direction.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences and improve design outcomes.
• Assist in refining visual content based on team feedback and performance data.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Marpipe, and Canva. Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work (to be presented during the interview).
• Experience with or willingness to learn additional tools and platforms as needed.
• Ability to adapt to feedback, work in a collaborative environment, and meet deadlines.
