LOCATION: Elkhart, INPosition OverviewForest River, Inc. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing visually stunning designs across various mediums, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and effectively communicating our message to our target audience.This role is responsible for creating graphic design solutions for one or more Divisions and/or Brands in the Forest River portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional design skills, and a passion for creating compelling visual content.Responsibilities- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with Forest River and Product Brand objectives and marketing strategies.- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, banners, signage, product packaging, and promotional materials.- Understand and maintain Forest River Masterbrand guidelines and ensure consistent use.- Help develop and maintain Product Brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels by Product Brand.- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives, and deliver high-quality designs that meet or exceed expectations.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition principles.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including both digital and print materials.Attributes:The attributes listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Marketing Department works out of an official office setting with normal business hours. Of course, the nature of design means flexibility to be creative, with its definition coordinated between the Graphic Designer and the Manager.This role may periodically manage contractors. When managing others, this role may be expected to carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
