Here's what we need:

Torchy's Tacos is growing at warp speed and we're looking for a super talented Graphic Designer to add to our team. As part of our creative team, the Graphic Designer will produce branded creative and promotional work for both digital and print needs including digital/social/email campaigns, promotional collateral, in-store signage, flyer, ads, menus. The ideal candidate has multiple years of relevant experience in a full-time role on an in-house creative team or agency. Positive attitude, patience, the ability to work on projects both large and small, and a reliable work ethic is a must for this role!

What you'll be doing:

• Conceptualize, design and produce digital/social/email content, store signage, posters, menus, flyers, logos, team and brand apparel, and templated designs for external and internal use
• Collaborate with the marketing team on artwork, campaign concepts, copy and production to deliver creative solutions that are fun, exciting and on brand
• Take ownership of graphic design projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders on project timelines, design recommendations, and brand standards guidelines
• Ensure that color, typography, photography, and other aspects of brand creative are consistent on all projects
• Assistance with archiving and organization of creative assets
• Contribution to marketing & creative team meetings, external partner/vendor communication & brainstorm sessions as needed
• Assistance with occasional support at photography and/or video shoots as needed
• Bringing a positive and a forward-thinking attitude to all projects & tasks to ensure success

QUE-SO…here's what you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-time, in-house work experience (restaurant/retail brands are a plus)
• Portfolio and work samples that show a track record of consistently delivering visually appealing design work, that is relevant and creative
• Ability to accurately estimate the amount of time and effort required to complete a project, but be flexible with last-minute changes and late additions occasionally on projects
• Solid understanding of the design process from start to finish, including file setup, production and working with outside print shops and vendors.
• Advanced knowledge of the latest versions of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office 365 apps, Teams/Slack and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize projects coming in from multiple business units
• Ability to receive constructive criticism on projects and make creative solution recommendations to stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to bring a positive and forward-thinking attitude to all projects & tasks to ensure success
• Experience with digital photography and/or video assets

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS, AfterEffects or Premiere
