Graphic Designer (Multi-channel)
Impact on our business:
- This is a full-time position, onsite at our corporate offices in Bradenton, Florida with limited off-site work. We are passionate about driving our retail business and we're looking for a new team member to join us in the creative process. In this role, you'll design visual assets for various campaigns including emails, social media posts, in-store visuals and other communication materials across multiple channels. Our ideal candidate for this role will have passion for the creative process, an eye for detail, good technical skills, be collaborative, adaptable & customer focused. By integrating design strategies across different touchpoints, you will ultimately help enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and drive sales and loyalty in the competitive retail market.
Expectations for success:
- Create visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms such as
- websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on creative briefs and
- project requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and
- alignment with the overall marketing strategy
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and digital marketing techniques
- Use design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
- Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma, to create high-quality graphics for online,
- print and in-store executions
- Optimize graphics for web and mobile use to ensure a seamless user
- experience
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to
- elevate the visual communication of the brand
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure
- prompt delivery of design assets
Key Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
- Attention to detail with a strong appreciation for aesthetic appeal and
- design innovation
- Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and work independently in a fast-paced
- environment
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and
- layout techniques
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with
- cross-functional teams
- Professional behavior and strong work ethic
- Demonstrated track record (over 3 years) in graphic design focusing on
- digital design and campaign development; experience in the retail industry
- is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
- Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), other relevant design tools.
- Figma experience preferred
- Motion graphic and video editing skills using Adobe After Effects and
- Premiere Pro, or equivalent software is a plus
