As a key team member, you'll create compelling visual content that strengthens our premium brand identity and engages our audience of highly-educated professionals. You'll work closely with cross-functional global teams, primarily developing digital and web-based designs, while also contributing to motion graphics, animation, and video projects. Key Responsibilities: • Design engaging, on-brand graphics and digital assets across multiple channels, with a focus on web, digital media, and animation • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually compelling designs • Create motion graphics, animations, and video elements for digital platforms • Working with global teams and time zones to manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines while ensuring high-quality, visually impactful results • Contribute to evolving and enhancing the brand's visual identity for a cohesive digital experience • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate fresh, innovative design ideas into your work, including AI-driven design elements Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a B2B graphic designer, ideally in the financial services, technology, or fintech sectors • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Proficiency with motion graphics and animation tools, especially After Effects &/or Animate • Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro • Strong proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work • Familiarity with AI design tools and methodologies for enhancing digital design projects • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with digital ad development • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment What You Will Bring: • An exceptional online portfolio showcasing a range of digital, motion and campaign graphics work • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills • Ability to adapt established style guides to produce and update brand assets • Strong creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail Bonus Skills: • Experience with AI-assisted design tools • Background in UX/UI design and data visualization Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
