ABOUT THE POSITION & ITS IMPACT The Graphic Designer position is central to supporting both internal and external visual needs including creating print, digital and product assets that reflect the family of Onsite brands including Milestones, Nashville Wellness House, and more. We value creativity, communication skills, and a well-organized approach over formal education - your portfolio is what matters most. This role will work closely with the Marketing team and other stakeholders to spread the word about our vision - to reconnect humanity! ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE:
  • Develop visually engaging graphics for a wide range of formats, including print collateral, digital media, and branded product assets
  • Be a steward of the Onsite's family of brands, the brand identities, mission and goals operating from these frameworks as we create outbound assets
  • Create adaptable designs that are effective across various channels, from social graphics and email templates to physical merchandise and event signage.
  • Candidates who possess strong project management skills and can operate independently of direct oversight while maintaining accountability and ownership will be highly successful
  • Partner with marketing, product, and events teams to understand design needs and translate objectives into compelling visuals

Requirements IDEAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE: We are open to candidates of all backgrounds, experience and education levels. After all, years of experience is just a number. That said, we believe that candidates with the following backgrounds will be well-suited to succeed in this role:
  • A strong design portfolio is a must. Your portfolio should demonstrate versatility across a variety of media and should include product design
  • Two (2+) plus years of graphic design experience, ideally with experience in both print and digital formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Familiarity working with project management tools like Asana is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of layout and production processes for print and digital
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with various departments
