Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Senior Level Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in website design and email communication, coupled with a working knowledge of HTML. This role is perfect for a creative professional with over three years of experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain website assets, including landing pages, banners, and interactive elements.
  • Create and optimize email templates for campaigns, ensuring mobile responsiveness and alignment with brand standards.
  • Develop and implement HTML and CSS adjustments for web and email projects.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals that enhance user experience.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in web and email design.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all web and email projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with print design, including brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding skills.
  • Experience designing for websites and email platforms, including responsive design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing website and email design projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CMS platforms, web accessibility standards and UX best practices.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
